Flavor of Freehold

Tuesday and Wednesday, March 12th and 13th 5:30pm – 8:00pm

A unique tour of Downtown Freehold’s venerable restaurants, bars, and shops held over two days. Participants walk from place to place with their “Shamrock Passport” used as a guide of where to go. Everyone will receive signature samples from some of Freehold’s most loved establishments. There will also be bagpipers performing to establish a festive atmosphere!

Pub Crawl

Thursday, March 14th, 2018 8:00pm – 10:00pm

The week always ends with the ultimate Happy Hour, our highly anticipated Pub Crawl held at some of Freehold’s most beloved establishments: The American Hotel, Federici’s, Court Jester, and Metropolitan Café. Patrons will be serenaded by the sound of bagpipers as they choose from an exclusive Beer or Scotch tasting.

Traditional Irish Bagpipers

We will provide the sounds of the season brought to you by traditional Irish Bagpipers throughout the week. You will have plenty of chances to hear our performers during Downtown Freehold’s Irish Week Events: Flavor of Freehold, Pub Crawl and Bagpipers Friday Night March 15th!

Freehold Borough Arts Council’s 8th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade

Sunday, March 17, 2019; 12:00 pm – 2:30 pm

The parade route this year is packed with tons of fun and Irish tradition, as participants will march from Mclean Street to the Elk’s Lodge. Thank you Freehold Borough Arts Council, the Ancient Order of Hibernians Div 16, the FBPD and many others for making this all possible. The parade will assemble at Mclean Street starting at noon and the parade kicks-off at 1:00pm!
Please Park in Borough and other Public Parking Lots. Please do not park in private lots.
